Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this window to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from damage, stains, or wear
- Include all original accessories and documentation
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is simple:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed it. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. Simply mention your exchange preference when you contact us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
